Headache Rx - Take a few deep breaths and allow the essential oils to help relieve tension and increase circulation. A unique blend of Chamomile, Lavender, Patchouli, Peppermint, and Rosemary essential oils.

Ingredients: Baking soda, citric acid, kaolin clay, essential oils, menthol, polysorbate 80 (emulsifier), isopropyl alcohol, mica powder (for colour)
HOW TO USE IN THE SHOWER:
Place a steamer on the floor or corner of your shower where it will be hit with an indirect stream of water. As the steamer gets wet, it will begin to dissolve and release potent essential oils into the hot shower steam
Tips for the most enjoyable experience:

Make sure the water is hot. The essential oils are carried up through the steam of the water The hotter the water, the steamier and more fragrant the shower!

Turn your bathroom into a steam room. Get the spa effect at home by shutting the door and turning off your bathroom exhaust fan.

The smaller space you have the more powerful the aromatherapy, smaller bathrooms allow for a steamer to be used more than once. Larger showers will require a whole tablet.
Warnings: For shower only, do not use in the bath. Do not get on skin, because the scent is highly concentrated to provide an aromatherapy experience the oils could potentially irritate the skin. Keep out of eyes. If in eyes, flush with clean water for 10 minutes or longer.
Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children. Consult your physician before using if pregnant or breastfeeding.
